This is only 4 years later but what the hell. My solution was to put on a smaller sprocket on the auger that takes the returns from the paddles. That speeds up the flow into the rotor and fixed the plugging problem. Also had to add some washers to the slipclutch to make it tougher as it drives both return and grain elevators.
