I set the points at .020 and the timing so the points were just opening with n1 on TDC compression stroke. The harmonic balancer on mine had been twisted so the pulley marks were useless. The engine ran well at all RPMS when we moved it 25 miles west out of Indianapolis last spring. Sure got them city folks riled up!!!
