Combines Uneven shoe load

I am really not up on the N series options but is there not auger trough extentions to even this load that bolt inIJ

I am not sure if there is a bolt in piece,but we made an extension out of a 2" piece of 1_8" thick flat iron that was cut at a 45 on the left end and about 12 to 15 inches long. we welded it in the right side where return dumps to rolls and it forces it t0 carry closer to center of shoe.

welding in an extension sounds like it should help, did not know if that would be enough or not. not sure i know what you mean about the 45 on the left end, could you explain that a little more. also did you remove the paddles nearest the right sideIJ thanks

Did not remove anything, and we made a angle cut on the left side of the piece we welded in so it could gradually end instead of ending all at once. We were only trying to carry the return farther to the left of the shoe instead of dumping it all on the right side.

when I got my N7 I had way to much wheat on the right side. I found when I opened the bottom screen way more than I was used to It cleared up pretty good. Sample is pretty good as long as you can keep it pretty full but can get a little trashy in sparse spots. I still have stock heilicals so run some cage covers on right side.That may move some wheat to the left also

We made panel just like KW describes for R60 with P1 to move straw from a grass crop over on left side over a bit more before droping into rolls and it worked well.
