I took a 14" circ. piece of plastic tubing, cut it 54" long, and then sliced it in half in the shape of a "U" trough. THen, I went to my dealer and asked for the old style of unloader boot on the end of the auger. I bolted the U shaped piece in the rubber to lengthen the discharge. Running with a 12 row cornhead, it would allow the cart to go out one more row. THe only drawback was that I had to be carefull when swinging out the auger so the bottom of the plastic U would not hit the tractor exhaust. And on really bad sidehills, it could hit the inside of the cart if the grain was pilling up. BUT, the whole thing only cost me $25. for the pipe, and since I cut it in half, it would work for twice as long. THe dealer furnished the rubber on the end for free.
