Combines unloader follow up from below

Hey bryon, sorry about the confusion. The unloading auger does come in a short one piece, or two piece design. I am sorry for the wrong information. Switching from a one piece to a two piece design will require you to get a complete unloading auger that has a center support bearing. The end of the first section should have a hex configuration that would allow for a stub shaft to connect it to the outer auger and also to allow for the bearing in the middle. You might try Abilene Machine. Good luck.

byron I added a 3 foot extension to the unloader on my 1480. It bolts on between the swivel elbow and the original tube. It is called The Extender and is made by Stewart Steel. It was around $500 from Sloan Express. I believe they also make a 2 and 4 foot extension also. I hope this helps.
