does your auger go out fast also or is it slow out and fast in. ours goes out fast but comes in slow. if it goes out slow maybe you could switch hoses around not sure if there is adjustment I'd have to look. as for the knives 15 should work in most conditions if they make a spiral design,but I'm still searching for the perfect number too. happy harvesting
