I had the same problem on my N-7. I put an inline flow control valve in the line that swings the auger in. I think the valve was about 20 bucks and I had to put a new fitting on the hose end. It's nice because you can make go as fast or slow as you want to. I can make it take a half a round to fold back if I wanted to. I got the idea from here, but I can't remember when it was. I also have a friend that has this setup on a grain cart. Anyway, hope this helps. DAB
