You don't say which model you have, but most are all alike. 2100 and up machines are equipped with load checks in the control valve behind the left access panel by the cab. This could be your problem. Earlier machines did not have this and the auger would drift off the saddle. The machines I have been around there is some adjustment on the lever that the cylinder rod mounts top on the swivel. Make sure that you grease the 4 unloader zerks liberally every day and at several positions in the rotation. Have seen these get so dry that the unloader will not swing.
