To increase the unloading speed just open the slides right up over the cross auger in the grain tank.

Yes the auger can be sped up. Put a 18 tooth sprocket on the drive instead of the 16 toothalso if your auger is stalling with the slides up you may have a badly worn auger at the swivel.
