Combines Unloading on the go

I can't see how it would do much damage to anything other than the belts if were talking the 9000 series. I've done this same stunt before when the cart got full before the combine was empty and next round when I dumped on the cart it sqeales the living heck out of the belts when it's engaging. Now that I think about it....I think the old 6620 we traded in did the same thing.

A long time ago on the early N series, a dealer employee was ambling down the road delivering the new Gleaner. The switches were so inviting, so he played with them. The dealer coming up behind watched in consternation as the unload auger swung in and out, in and out! Pity I don't know the exact ending except that it was not pretty!

I haven't left the unloading auger running but I have dumped a load into a truck and watch it drive away with the endgate open.
