Operational changes. Hmm, let's see, another grain cart or two, an extra trailer truck... Seriously, they are similar machines, the 2188 is just bigger and more powerful. Most of the settings will be similar. The larger rotor will run about 100 rpms or so slower to accomplish the same results. Also, the cross flow fan will give you a lot more even airflow over the seives. Other than that, it's basically the same animal. Our first axial flow was a 1460, now we run a 2388, and I am amazed at how similar in design they are. You will need more hauling capacity to keep the machine moving.
