little al, I have ever other wire out of the concaves for corn and I cut corn all the way from 28% moisture to 15%. When I go to soybeans and milo the concaves stay the same. Set the vanes in the middle position and forget about them. Four streigth bars is all I have ever used. Good luck! K.A.
