Unbolt boot end of long unload augar and slide augar out a bit. Remove small door at elbow and remove upper gear case. take off tailings elevator. Now you can either unbolt lower gear case and remove augar_gearcase as an assembly or tie up vertical augar with rope through the hole you removed the upper gearcase from and remove them seprate. Dont forget to time the augars at the elbow during reassembly. If your not sure how just remember how it is now. Hope this helps. p.s, hope you didnt have a full bin its a pain.
