We bought a 2000 houred 9600 and these are the things we replaced. I might add that we put on right at 250 sep hrs this year and had zero down time. look at bottom of feeder house for wear, feederhouse chain sprockets and bearings, concave, cyclinder bars, conveyer auger bearings both top and bottoms and the gears, the bearing on the shaker drive for the shoe, straw walker bearings and cranks, new elevator chains (both clean and return) sprockets and bearings, new grain tank auger.

get a print-out from your Deere dealer to see which updates were done and take it from there. We do annual green-lites and make adjustments and changes accordingly and have had virtually no downtime. Pay particular attention to the w alkers and extension pans for soundness. Rod
