This must have just hit recently - we found out about it a couple days ago here at school. The website's general attitude alone caused enough uproar around here...
It is a move by the enviros to cause an uproar-- they are trying to get money rolled from program payments, lDPs,etc....... into conservation programs to save the frogs.
