The volume or density of crop going up the feeder house with a 36' head should be about the same as that going up an 18' head (over in your neck -o-the woods) for half the density of your crop. Whadda thing BigTruckIJ (Twice the width of cut) Seeing a 36' or 42' head gobble up a 100_120 bu crop is impressive. That feeder house is well packed. No problem in making that kind of crop density in some areas out here with irrigation.
