I'm jealous! No matter how many tomatoes I plant, we seem to eat them up as soon as they come in. Right now I'm making pickles and have taken some of the suggestions I've gotten here to heart in hopes that they'll be softer.
I'm dehydrating some of the apples I got from an all-you-can-pick outfit. We made a fun day of it and loaded up on some of their homemade caramels and other treats too.
Same here. I used to plant a fall crop too, but I've gotten a bit too old to keep up with it. Now we just go all out during the warm seasons, so everything has already been canned and put away for the winter.
