Tom, I am a fan of floating bin extensions too. They work so well, are virtually maintenance free, and they were a Gleaner exclusive. The Chief Money Spender runs our truck line and like you, she would watch those extensions to determine when to bring another truck. Now she calls on the radio and asks if the hopper is full. Maybe the brains at the combine plant had a good reason for eliminating a nice feature but I cant figure out what it might be. Tom Russell
