i am sorry to hear that you want to get rid of your cats for jds or case been their done that we have a 480r and we had some problems to start with but she rolls better then anything i have seen before we got ride of 2 2388s which are great combines but the cat does just about as much as 2 2388s and we take off a little more than 3000 acres in alberta where the conditions can be brutal this combine eats anything and saves it too we are first time cat owners and i wouldnt have anything else and our cat dealer is very accomodating.

We trade to a 2002 460 for this harvest season. The dealer in Saskatchewan has been very good. We had some issues in the first week of operation. The service department was available seven days a week. We now have the combine running good. We are also happy with the capacity and features. Regarding the posts lately, I feel a quality combine can be designed and built anywhere in the world. Combines from Europe are generally built more for small grains and tough conditions. Combines from North America are built for corn.
