The bullet rotor is what the STS combines will be having in them for the 2006 model year production. It gets its name from its shape, like a bullet. The angle of the rotor nose leading to the threshing area is reduced. Can not give specific dimensions, but assume total rotor length to be same as present rotor, just leading edge modified. There were a couple of pics circulating around that had different threshing elements, but have no idea if they became production items. There are claims of increased capacity, reduced grain damage, etc. Dealer sales meeting in August will release all details.

I talked to a guy who had the bullet rotor in a 9760, in rice, and he said it really didn't do much of a better job than the current rotor.

Exact same thing as a case, just painted green. I read this on the case forum a few months ago.
