Sounds a little low, but a lot depends on the condition of the hardward. Why do you want to change to the specialty rotor and have you looked into the AFX rotor conversionIJ From what I have seen the AFX is the only way to go if you need the specialty rotor. To get the maximum benefit from the AFX if you go that way also upgrade to the 52 hole cone, install the HD stainless steel vanes, and if you have a 2388 with the 3 speed gear box would also consider upgrading to the larger driven pully, new torque sensor with the 900n spring. Would only consider this if in tough to handle crops.

I was considering a specialty rotor for our 1680 because i know where i can get one with only 200 hrs on it for $2000. Our neighbors all have the spec. rotor and love it in tough green stemmed beans.
