last winter we switched our fleet form STS to lexions. One main reason was that we didn't get the service and support from Deere that we needed. 90% of the parts we needed were not in stock at the dealer and had to be ordered in over night for extra cost. We knew already then that CAT or now ClAAS could order over night, too. Today we are in the middle of corn harvest and I can say that the parts supply wasn't bad. Most parts that we needed, we got in time. Of course you have to know a little bit how to pull strings. ClAAS and their lEXION dealers still have to do quite some improvement. There is still no lEXION harvest support van like there is for the ClAAS silage choppers and other combine manufacturers. The main thing is your local lEXION dealer. Is he aggressive in AGIJ I am glad to answer any further questions.
