Ken I set my screen in the lowest front position and have much better luck than you are having. Make sure the screen isnt backwards. The top baffle should be forward. If the baffle is rearward, it will restrict flow of trash to the tailings return. I cant think of anything else that might cause stems to get into the bin. You probably run your air at about 6 and chaffer at about 5_8. Tom Russell
