Make sure the header attaching lock pins at the bottom of the feederhouse fully engage and lock into the new header. Several worked loose during wheat harvest. Don't force the bowden cable or it will break just below the handle. Check for square keys in front and rear graintank cross augers _drive sprockets. Only fill 1_3 or 1_3 full first time. Check rotor shifter bolt and discharge beater belt tension after a few days. Good luck.

i was just curious what kind of grass seed you growIJ and where you are located. what is the dominant combine in your areaIJ around here in northern mn, it has always been tr's for our grass seed, but that is slowly changing.

Cat Man we grow native grasses for seed here in South Central Manitoba. The most popular combine was the IH rotary because of all the special crops grown, however that is now slowly changing.

Do you mean some units were actually shipped without keys in the keyways on those cross augersIJlOl Yeah, the cable on the 9760 demo we tried last fall was broken now that you mention it. looking forward to trying this new unit out.
