Combines What was the first machine you ranIJ

I was 17 in 1966 and Dad let me run our 1965 203 IH shelling corn with a 2 row 40" cornhead.It wasnt much of a combine and after harvest was over in 1966 Dad traded for a new 1967 E Gleaner with 13ft head and 2 row 40" cornhead. Combines before the 203 that I never got to run were a 1949 123 IH and a 1959 72 Massey.

Massey 21 canvas table my Dad had in early '60s. I can still remember the straw and chaff and dust rolling over the bin and dropping on top of me. No dust mask to wear, but did have goggles. Every thing was swathed in those days. From there to JD 96, Gleaner model G,(found a 20' header and started some straight cutting) '72 l, '77 l, '82 l2 and starting out with '87 R60 this year.

My first combine was a oliver 542, followed by a MF 510 (total piece of sn%$),and two 5542 whites, just got a l2 with the hydro and big motor and I'm pretty excited to see how harvest goes!
