I dont know what year yours is but the ability for the feeder house to rotate left and right was introduced into the 1600 series as a option in 1992. We had a 1660 with a 25' 1020 head I think it was a 1986 and it could track up and down but not rotate. It worked ok but we have upgraded that to a 2388 with field tracker. I do not recall any prices. I seem to remember $1600 but that was a long time ago.
