A 865 is the same as a 860 except it has what you call a cascade seperator just ahead of the straw chopper to seperate out of the straw and save any grain that may have gone over the end of the walkers. A great concept but usually not necessary on a MF combine, would have been a great improvement on a John Deere though. A 850 is similar to the 860 except it is 10" narrower in the cylinder and body of the machine, 40 bushel smaller grain tank, and less HP.
