Combines Whats the record for most hours in one yearIJ

We put 425 hrs on our new R62 this year. That is down 75 hrs than we normally did with our 96 model.

I know some custom harvesters who get about 1000 hrs. every year.

we averaged 450 on our pair of 1999 R62's I'm sure that's not close to any record. Tim

Sure it is not a record but my brother claims he saw an R-60 over 12,000 hours on it.

My father harvest 1000 hours of wheat and 300 of corn in 1976 with a Deutz-Fahr M1000. He never do it again. My Deutz-Fahr M2680 is now 12000 hours but there're some combines near my town with 14000 and 16000.

I put 800 making the run this summer. Just wheat. Then they had 10000 acres of row crop lined up for two combines. I probably saying this on the wrong page because they were 9750 sts andy

Are you guys talking engine hours or separator hoursIJ

The only time anybody uses separator hours is when selling the machine. Heap big grin!!!
