Wish you good luck Don and hope you put that CR940 in some great wheat and can out cut all the other combines! If you can report back to us on how she works. Take care. Ilnh

"If you can report back to us on how she works."........huhIJ You mean you haven't brainwashed yourself into believing it to be the "creme de la creme", YETIJIJIJIJ Nothing against Don but, from his post's regarding the CR of late, I'd be surprised to hear him relate anything but "coming up roses" as far as the CR goesIJ She could be a "champ", but with all the hoopla he's raised lately I can't see how it could live up to it's "alledged performance"IJ The wheat reports I've read out of Texas sure aren't like Don's, dryland doing 10bu, irrigated still a few weeks off from harvest. CSE areas haven't had much rain since early March. JD

JD, All I know is that the concaves come out of the CR and go back in faster than the TR's. And the CR has a lot of fancy buttons and knobs that my TR don't have. I really need those heated mirrors! lOl! ;-) I see by the wheat reports you are getting you still think the wheat price will be $8.00 a bu. soonIJ ;-) later, Ilnh

Okay, I'll make a deal with yaIJ.....you give me all that wheat goes above 4.00 and I'll give you all it goes below 3.00IJIJIJIJ in the next few months that is! Oh, another thing.....your TR has usage issues, those CR's that the concaves come out of soooo easy where yet to be used properly!!!! And I really believe you need those "heated mirrors", and some believe there's no European influence exposed in this machine! HA! JD

JD, I'm not sure about your wheat deal, I mean $4 is a ways from $8IJ I know my TR98 has issues, but we are trying to get it into therapy to work them out. Sure the new CR has some European influence, they want to sell them there also. But the twin rotors part is all USA design and tested here. That is still the same as the TR's was, but now better. Things like the flasing beacon maybe came from Europe. But my AGCO tractor was made in Europe and it works good here also, so it's getting to be a small world after all. You still need to get out and drive a new CR someday. later, Ilnh
