Combines wheat straw with CDF

If you're going to drop quite a bit of straw for baling, I would recommend removing the rotor knives on the new rotor. They are primarily responsible for chewing up the straw. Next, depending on anticipated yields, one could look at removing one set of reverse bars, but in good crop, I'd leave them in. Do you have a chopper in the R62IJ Put the impeller in instead for better straw. With some tweaking the Gleaner can put out better straw than many other rotaries like the CaseIH and JD STS.
