Combines when does the wheat harvest startIJ

I live just north of Dallas and our wheat is about 50% headed out and it was planted late.Due to the rains this fall and winter the wheat over all is fair to poor according to FSA. I think we should begin to harvest, the small amount that was planted, by the 5th of June or so. I have started as early as May 15th in past years.

I live in central Texas, and the wheat is turning, but much later than usual. Subsequently, harvest will also be much later than usual, probably mid-late May this year.

We started in extreme southern Oklahome right on the border on May 18th. Moved from Kansas to there and cut 350 acres the first night.

Here in New York (Western NY) wheat harvest tends to begin around the last week of July, and first week of Aug.
