I got Ausherman style bars from VH manufacturing (poytin) for my K2, about $450 (OEM was about $1000) www.polytin.com. They worked fine for me (buckwheat and a test plot of soybeans). 1 888 POlYTIN As I recall I spoke with Brian. St Johns welding can rebuild them, but that would probably take time. Good luck!

Trimpe also sells a hard surfaced bar that last great and was cheaper than agco at the time I bought mine. Very aggressive and works great.
