I dont know who makes the best coolant but I do know without any doubt whatsoever that plain anti-freeze isnt good enough in modern engines. I started adding DCA (dry chemical additive) to all radiators a few years ago and check some with test strips. Hopefully, this procedure will prevent problems many folks are having with pitting etc. This is another reason I like my R60 with a Deutz. Tom in MN

Unless your located up near Mt Kosciosko your wasting your money on coolant as used in US and Europe. All you need is a quality inhibitor additive to clean water at the correct % per volume.

Agree with Tom, The best is a Deutz engine, but air-cooled !!! Newer combines come with the new water cooled deutz ):

You guys sure know how to rub it in. I cut soys yesterday with temps at 5C. 2 months from now 5 will be a warm day. I love my air-cooled Deutz! Tom in MN, the state where nothing is allowed and temps are terribly cold.

Wish I could have some of your cold Tom (but not all of course). My Canola is having the flowers fried off right now and the forecast for tomorrow is even worse. Drought reigns over much of Oztralia at the moment.
