The Series 3 Ns came with the 300 series heads and a 20' should be a minimum for the 7. If your N7 has the newer style long throat of the last N's and R series then a 500 or 800 series will also fit without many problems. The newer throat has the 10" longer belt and the later quick hooks, same as the R series. Good luck!

I would go with a 800 series if checkbook allows, if not go with a 500 series. They are both good heads. Purchase either a air reel or raised feathering sheets and you will have the best flex head on the market today.

I could be wrong, but the rear frame is much taller on 700,800 headers compared to 500,400 headers. Im sure it will hook up to the feeder housing, but when you raise it to the top it will hit under the cab. I havent actually tried this but check it out before you try to switch heads. Man it is getting dry. most fields starting to burn. Good Harvest to all.Rudy.
