I am sure you will get yeas and nays both ways. One of my farm neighbors and two sons farm around 4,000 acres in East Central Indiana which is corn and soybean country. They are sticking with the walkers. Through another neighbor, I heard they couldn't justify the price differential for the STS. They don't have a grain loss problem with the walkers. We have a girl in our office who's Dad and Uncle farm around 7,000 acres just east of Indianapolis and also in southern Indiana. Corn and soybeans are also their two main crops. They ran two 9650 STS this year and decided to trade up to the 9750 STS for next season. They have an 8820 for a backup. They felt the 9650 STS lacked enough power.
