Combines White 2600 combine

Its what you think it is, a 62 with a Cummins with White stickers.

You are right on the machine being an R-62. It is my understanding that Agco after aquiring White tractors decided to allow White dealers to sell the Gleaner combine relabelled. The problem was somehow they did not own the White name when it came to combines, I belive that some dealers ordered Gleaner stickers and relabelled them. Imay be wrong , but this is my understanding on the situation.

You could be right, gleanermanitoba! White Farm Equipment Canada (basically the combine division in Brantford) went bankrupt, while the tractor and planter division somehow survived. I think the tillage line also went broke about the same time.
