these are neat tractors although they did have quite a bit of fine tuning to upgrade the AC's. There is a service bulletin n22 and n33 in the AGCO cab section. White nos can be found by a call to service as they will be the same except for ning. Sherwood Wheeler at AGCO service deserves a lot of credit in taking a product that was marginal and tweaking it to a freeze yo' laticicles off condition. BTW this adresses cut in _out of compressor via thermo, cut off of heater coolant, recirculation improvement, and check of all hardware performance items and drip line details.

The thing that we do that seems to help the most, assuming your system is properly charged and running correctly, is to shut the coolant flow off to the cab heater. Even though you may have the heat shut off in the cab, that hot coolant is still circulating. look around for the heater hoses that go to the cab - there should be little screw valves somewhere on both lines - shut them off. Makes a world of difference - we've done it with all our combines except for the R50 w_Deutz engine, as well as our Genesis. It will also reduce the load on the A_C compressor. Good luck-

Did you get together with your dealer and find them service bullitons that tbran mentionedIJ I'm unsure of that model but if it is the smaller tractor they added a set of rear vents which should help a bunch. There is a new can cooler door coming for the larger tractors that has a adjustable louver vent which should also allow more cool air into cab. Some of the idems in the service bullitons would pertain to large tractors also. This should take care of your warm cab.

I guess my dealer is getting the necessary parts to fix the A_C.(I HOPE) I printed the posts sent in and showed them, so they better get it right this time!!!!Thanks for all the information and your expertize
