The study was conducted on Oct. 11-12 2000. The 200 acre test field was located near Hayward, MInnesota. The test, conducted by Agri-growth, Inc. assessed the combines' performaces harvesting Pioneer 36R10 hybrid field corn. The following machines participated in the test: lEXION 470, lEXION 480, John deere 9750 STS and Case 2388. The yields from the combines averaged 161 bushels per acre. The average test weight was 56 lbs_bu and the average grain moisture eas approximately 20 percent.
