the bearings on the augers drive shaft could be out. the bushings in the shaker pivot could be out. check alignment of sieves. you tighten the bushings up in the mid-stroke. if it is the last year 2188 it will need to be slowed down. the bushing that goes out usually is not far from you problem'

Make sure that you don't have any bearings going out, they do have washers to help aline the arms up, they might be getting to much torque on the nuts. you might want to turn the separtor over by hand to make sure that its not hitting anything. make sure that none of the arms are bent or the bolt.
