My 7720 came with 2-12 volt batteries, why does yours have 6'sIJIJ That's maybe why it isn't charging. As for guage not working in cab, I have to rap my knuckle on the guage everytime I start the combine for the guage to work.
I'm like Curious.....Never heard of them having a pair of 6 volt batteries. Sounds quite odd. Be me I'd toss them and put in (2) 12 volt batteries and hook them up in parallel where your 6 volters were in series. Just how certain are you that the alt's not chargingIJ lights get dim at nightIJ Won't start in the morning'sIJ Is that a Motorola Alt on that combine....I can't remember if it's a internal or external regulator but that sure could be shot. Smack the gauge a few times like CF said.......Your being to nice to it...*grin*...just a teasing there.
