Is the top seive in good condition with no lash or broken linkageIJ Have had that trouble befor only to find the chaffer seive was sloppy beyond adjustment, plus two of the fins weren't connected at all, and would flop around at random letting junk fall thru. Replaced the seive, and the sample cleaned up OK. Hope this helps.

I use the notched bars and feel that the keystock grates are more aggressive than the green maize bars...Perhaps using the slotted grates would help the problem as you probably aren't really heavilly loading the rotor area with enough material to give much cushioning effect or need the extra turbulance that the keystocks provide..just my 2 cents

Do you have the straight bars installed between the spiral mounts at the front of the rotorIJ These have a tendency to interrupt cobs and shatter them. Standard rotors usually work best in corn with these removed. The green milo bars are made for breaking grain loose from the mat of green leaf material created when hard threshing wet milo. In crops where MOG is large, however, they have a tendency to fight the vane transits and can prevent feeding. Suggest you remove them and install straight stripper bars. Hope this is sosme help.
