We have used the 20.8-42 duals on our 9750 now for 3 seasons with no problems. love the smooth, stable ride they provide as well as the floatation and high road speed.

and yours are wide spacedIJ we run 20 inch rows and we can straddle 2 rows. our lug bolts don't work loose, but we have had 3 inside rims crack out. i love the ride too,and the way it handles the 30ft flex head. only carry a 12 row 20in head. just a bad deal when ya get out to take a break and walk around and see your inside wheel about to fall off.

Sorry mit9750, ours are not the wide spaced ones. Hope you get that problem figured out.

try run more pressure in the outside one to take more of the wieght the inside tyre is taking more of the load than the outside this is due to the deflextion in the spacer etc we have seen it on wide spaced tractors with narrow tyres hope this helps

Are you getting the rims replaced under warrantyIJ If not, I would buy a whole new set from Wold Rim and Wheel and have them made to your specs. They will put the tires anywhere you want them and they will make them heavy enough to stand up. Keep them for the next combine and put the factory rims back on when you trade it off. Since you don't have to buy tires, it won't cost that much. I can get you a number to contact if you need it. Where are you locatedIJ

Im running cotton picker spacers on a 9600. Its set up for 38" rows. I have had the rim crack once, welded it up. I chose to space them like this because i was having trouble with them balling up in gumbo mud. They are great with a 30ft flex and a 25ft stripper. The most important thing is to make sure that one tire is not low of air. I think the next combine i get will have dual 710_70 R38's.

i did notice following the other machine down the road the other morn, that our gravel roads have a pretty good crown on them and most of the weight was on the inside. outside tires were hardley touching the roadIJ so we adjusted the air psi. not getting much answer from deere yet on this issue, they did take them back to moline. i hope they cover this and we get this problem solved. farmkid i am in huron, south dakota. mit9750 thanks woulld like the addres of the rim people

Wold is in St. Ansgar, Iowa. That's clear up North by Minn. The number is 800-443-9653. Ask for Ivan or John. They can build you a set of trouble free rims. You could also try Tom at Central Ag in Wichita, KS. He is a dealer for Wold and knows his stuff about tires and rims. He might give you a better price for the same thing and could probably just have Wold ship them to you. Mike
