While a second steering cylinder, of equal size, will reduce the strain on the cylinder tie rod ends by half it will also require twice the rotation of the steering wheel to turn. If you add a cylinder you should also change the steering wheel hand pump to a larger displacement.

Those are some Wide tires for the rear of a machine! We have the single cylinder and 28lR26 tires, which are about 7" taller and 5" narrower. We get along fine with the single cylinder, but you really can't turn the wheel unless you are moving. A little bit of a pain, but you get used to it. I suspect it will be even more difficult with the 54-37-25 tires. I would like to see a picture of your setup when you get done.
