Anyone using leaves as compost? What are you mixing with it? I am new to composting but I would like to start. Can you use it on your garden?

I've used leaves as mulch in my garden. I mix it with manure (goat and sheep) for compost, too.

Heck yeah, I use my leaves! They are the perfect brown/carbon matter to balance out the compost bin. I even pile some to the side and will slowly add them during the spring when I have tons of greens/nitrogen to compost and not enough browns/carbon. I also chop some of them up with my lawnmower and leave them on the lawn, so they will slowly break down and feed the grass.
