Hottest flowers and plants this summer?

Wedding season is slowly gaining steam here, which is fantastic. I have a fair number of brides who are requesting cattails for their wedding bouquets and decorations. And since I cut back on my growing operation because I didn't anticipate this economic surge, I don't actually have any. That means buying from a wholesaler, which smarts a bit because I should've grown them myself and saved that money. Cattails have been a surprisingly common choice lately. Which flowers and decorative plants are the hottest in your area? Have there been any surprises?

I'm not a seller, but everyone I know locally is after brightly colored flowers like lantanas and zinnias. After the long pandemic, I think most people just want to brighten up the world around them.

I've sold lots of daisies this season. I live out in the country where the daisy, the forget-me-not, and the black-eyed Susan usually reign supreme. I don't have many flashy flowers for sale though.
