It says average 13.0mpg but some are averaging in the 7s and 8s. I'm guessing...
Pressure wash, bleach any mold with a low pressure sprayer, then scrub with a broom, pressure wash again, let it dry, prime, paint... time consuming but gets the job done

Depends on how dry you need it to be. How important is it that it dry. I'm thinking put a small space heater near the area to help dry it out
How about "stand out at the farm" because I know a lot of smaller farms will sell some of their excess crop to the public when available. Sometimes retired farmers keep a small food plot going each year and sell veggies. That's my idea of a farmer's market.
Yeah that's a given if you're actually a farmer. There's no way to get boxed solutions to everything. Farmers have always been the most ingenious and quick thinking people despite what city slickers might think of us. But when the snow falls hard or there's a natural disaster or an accident...
Lots of possibilities here if you want to post some pictures and more information I'm sure we could get specific. Generally speaking a drainage ditch is your first and maybe most logical solution and that means to me the possibility of a lot of grading and the ditch could be more of a channel...
