I honestly have made it both ways and I like it both ways. Then again, I dip my wings in blue cheese and ranch. I do love the blue cheese crumbles on top. Of course the dip has to have lots of cheese!
Oh no... bad time of year for a furnace not to work. Have they called any professional in to look at it? Last year our motor died in ours but we don't have a boiler furnace. If it wasn't the thermostat it could be some sort of a valve.
Yum! Taco dip with no meat to be is just salad! I always use hamburg too, mixed with taco seasoning. The bottom layer is cream cheese and sour cream, then the meat layer.
Yuk! I would be afraid that they would get into the house. I would definitely set up traps too. I'm thinking you would have to be careful so the chickens don't get caught in them.
That is great Roo! Do you have the cattle to meet these new orders? We have not seen this yet but are kind of new to the game. How many cattle do you have ready?
Did anything change with your financial status? If not, I would reach out to your local bank to see. I would think that you would be approved if you were last year. I don't see things changing that much in the banking world.
I do see that this could happen for sure. I think Biden is "more green" and might actually want to help the farmers if it means that it will be beneficial to our environment. I could be wrong, but I don't think so.
Yes, we are! I know a lot of people said they weren't watching this season but we are! This Bills game right now is great, close! I'm a Steelers fan too! I really hope we win tomorrow!
My husband wants to try white chili, the kind with chicken. I haven't made it ever so I'll need some tips. Anyone have a tried and true recipe? Is there anything special with the sauce? I tend to stink at making a white sauce.
I bought a Bissell Crosswave - Cordless this year on black friday. I spent over $350 but I'm in love! It does everything too, vacuums, mops, cleans itself too. I can't believe I actually spent the money but it is well worth it (so far).
I would believe that garlic is a money maker! Our local farm stands were charging $3.00 for a clove. We grow our own too. I would say that I use fresh garlic in almost every meal I prepare.
White water rafting is on my list this year too. It looks so fun but I bet tiring too. I bet I will end up falling out of the raft!
We like to take day trips every couple of weeks. We go to antique stores, local state parks, our favorite water hole and on motorcycle rides.
Milk! Milk always help me with heartburn. I think it coats my throat and does something with the acid in my stomach. I would also keep a food diary. Do some things bother you more than others? Try to vary your diet from this.
Exercise is a tough one only because it tires you out but also gives you energy. So you have to be careful to find a happy medium.
I like to read at night before bed. It seems to always knock me out.
Our close friends want to start an indoor farm for crops. I don't know a lot about this but I did warn them of the electricity cost. Does anyone have an indoor farm? How many kilowatts do you use in an average month?
We've decided that we are going to sell eggs this year (2021). We have had a lot of people ask us so we are. Anyone do this? Do we have to do anything special (for insurance purposes)?
Well I would hope that the world will be a much safer place by the time berries are ready to be picked. If not, limit groups of people and have them in different rows. You can also make them wear masks and bring their own containers.
This next year we are going to expand our bean section in our garden. We are going to plant green, yellow, wax and soy beans. We usually just grow green beans so wish us luck. Is there anything I need to know about growing soy beans?
Corn here is expensive to buy and half the time it taste like field corn! I would say it's cheaper to buy most vegetable seeds over buying the vegetables at a store. I was spending 3.50 for a quart of green beans from a local farm. To me, that's just crazy.
Well honestly I really have not thought this through completely. I'm still on the fence on my decision. I did get the flu shot for years (mandated as I worked in a hospital). The day I quit, I never got another one. COVID-19 is much worse than the flu. I do think I will end up getting the...
