What sections are you using, 1.5" or 3"IJ When we were running 1.5" we would have to change sections every 3-350 ac. After switching to 3" cut we were able to get 7-800 acres on a set. Also very seldom had to replace individual sections after going to the 3". With the 1.5IJ it was a daily occurance. We use the heavy duty sections (not chrome). When were the guards last replacedIJ If they haven't they defeintely need replaced. We replace ours at around 3-3,500 acres. That sounds to me to be your problems. That or the sickle is out of time. Also check the sickle drive belt and make sure it is in good shape and tight
