We try to keep that area clean. Doesn't seem as that has been a problem But maybe we need to try harder. We may just take that trany out . Most projects on these combines aren't so bad once you get started.
I know some friends of mine that have 2155 and 2555 case ih cotton pickers which have almost same transmission. That have had them go out on them. But one was under warrenty and Case Ih covered it.
