Are your other functions like elevator drives and feeder drives slowing alsoIJ If they are then your PTO drive is slipping for some reason.

possibly your problem could be the lithium grease. a mechanic at our local dealer says we should only use the multi-purpose grease. there is also a 900 lb. spring available if you are still having problems.
